Hake Fillets (260g)

Our hake fillet is caught in the pristine waters off the Scottish coast and is usually landed in Peterhead Market, which was recently awarded as a responsible fishing port. Our Hake is landed and delivered to us within 24 hours to ensure its superior quality. We cut and pack larger fillets to make nicely sized, flaky portions. Hake is a firm white fish very popular throughout the continent, it is very versatile in terms of cooking options. We loved a Spanish-style Hake baked with some white beans, garlic and paprika.
