A traditional Japanese seven-spice blend dating back to 1625, this mix brings a warming, slow-building heat with citrusy, nutty and seaweed notes. Excellent sprinkled over fish or seafood tartare (like tuna or salmon), noodle soups or carpaccio.

Blends dried chili pepper, sesame, orange peel, seaweed, ginger and more for balanced spice and citrus umami
