Our Haywards Heath shop has been serving the local community for over 30 years, and we have since expanded to Bermondsey in South London. Owner Sebastian Candelon took over the business in 2007 and has been recognised as a Master Fishmonger for his expertise and dedication to the trade.

Each day, our team takes pride in presenting a display of the very best seasonal, responsibly sourced fish and seafood. From hand-cut fillets and whole fish to shellfish and smoked delicacies, every product is clearly labelled to show how and where it was caught, ensuring full traceability from sea to serve.
