Our Smoked Cod, Bacon, and Brie Fishcakes are a decadent twist on a classic favourite. These gourmet fishcakes combine the rich, smoky flavour of cod with the savoury taste of crispy bacon and the creamy indulgence of Brie. Each bite offers a perfect balance of textures and flavours, making them an irresistible choice for a special meal.

Oven cook: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
