Our Small Indulgent Shellfish Platter is a beautifully curated selection of premium shellfish — perfect for two or for an intimate seafood feast at home.
This platter includes 500g of mussels (to be cooked at home), 2 lobster tails topped with garlic & herb butter (to be cooked at home), 250g of large peeled prawns, 6 langoustines (to be cooked at home), 6 freshly shucked oysters, 225g of crab claws, fresh samphire, and condiments including shallot vinaigrette and Marie Rose sauce.
Cooking Instructions:

Lobster tails: Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until the meat is opaque and sizzling in the garlic butter.

Mussels: Rinse, then steam in a covered pan for 4–5 minutes until all shells open.

Langoustines: Boil or steam for 3–4 minutes until the flesh turns opaque and firm.

Samphire: Add to the mussels for the final 1–2 minutes or quickly blanch.
Everything else is ready to eat.
