Premium Yuzu Soy Sauce

Made using whole‑bean soy sauce aged in cedar casks and blended with real yuzu juice, this sauce delivers a citrus‑umami harmony that is sublime with sashimi tuna, salmon or hamachi. Drizzle as a dipping sauce, marinade or dressing enhancer.

Ingredients & Allergens: Soy sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), yuzu juice (~17–18%), mirin (~10%), sugar, bonito (fish), dried mushroom, kelp, yuzu peel essence.
