Plaice Fillet (260g)

Our plaice is usually sourced from Cornish or Brighton day boats on the South Coast and is brought in to us fresh within 24 hours of landing. Plaice is a fantastic flaky and delicate fish that cooks up best in a pan on a low/medium heat, skin side down to get that skin nice and crispy. Great lighty floured and then pan fried.
