Monkfish Fillets (260g)

Our monkfish is usually caught in day boats along the Coast in Cornwall and sometimes in Scotland. Smaller goujon-size fillets. Rest assured we meticulously prepare our monkfish so it is ready for you to cook - no membrane to remove.
