Monkfish Fillet (260g)

Our monkfish is usually caught in day boats along the Coast in Cornwall and sometimes in Scotland. We pack larger loins which are great for roasting in the oven, wrapped in parma ham and we also offer smaller goujon-size fillets. Rest assured we meticulously prepare our monkfish so it is ready for you to cook - no membrane to remove.
