Lemon Sole Fillets (240g)

Our lemon sole is usually sourced from Cornish day boats in the South Coast and is brought in to us fresh within 24 hours of landing. Lemon sole is a fantastic firm yet delicate fish that cooks up best in a pan on a low/medium heat skin side down to get that skin nice and crispy. Great with a caper butter & parsley sauce.
