Cod Fillets

Our cod fillet is caught in the pristine waters off the Scottish coast and is usually landed in Peterhead Market, which was recently awarded as a responsible fishing port. Our cod is landed and delivered to us within 24 hours to ensure its superior quality. We cut and pack larger fillets to make nicely sized, flaky portions. Cod is a white fish, very flaky and very versatile in terms of cooking options. We loved a herb crusted fillet, or a baked Mediterranean-style recipe. 

Single pack serves 2 (260g), Twin pack serves 4 (520g), Family pack serves 4-5 (cod loin) (500g), Large cod (whole side of cod) serves 4-8 (1kg)
