We also source sashimi grade salmon, line caught tuna and always offer a good amount Japanese ingredients for your cooking at home.

We accept pre orders for pretty much anything from the ocean provided it is in season and available! We have been established in Sussex for well over 30 years and Sebastian Candelon our owner and founder is also one of the very few Mater Fishmongers in the UK.
