Choose from a pack of 200g for 2-4 people or 400g for 4-8 people.Â
You will receive 1 or 2 Sashimi cuts which are taken from the premium parts of a side of salmon. The belly or 'Toro' as it's called in Japan plus the 'Royal Loin' which is taken from just above.Â
We do not use tail part at all for these sashimi cuts to bring you the absolute best, hand-cut, and beautifully crafted pieces of salmon ready to make your sushi night a success.Â
Each pack will only have 2 days shelf life from delivery to you to ensure its absolute freshness.Â
