Baked Sea Bream with Fennel and Orange
Things To Grab
- 2 x Sea Bream Fillets scored on the skin
- 2 Small Oranges
- 1 Large Garlic Clove chopped
- 1 Large Fennel Bulb shredded
- 2 Tblsp Fresh Coriander chopped
- 50ml Olive Oil
Serves 2
Zest and segment the orange then squeeze out the remainder of the juice and place in a bowl with the garlic, fennel, oil and coriander. Place the mix on a baking sheet and lay the bream fillets, skin side up, on top of the mixture then drizzle with olive oil and season. Place the dish in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 12 minutes until the skin is crisp and the flesh is cooked. Serve the fish on top of the fennel in the centre of your plate.
